The most common errors that i am seeing is people are not checking the spam folder. Because we have not communicated before most spam filters will block the email, this folder can be labelled Junk or Spam or Trash all depending on your email provider.
The second most common error im seeing is that the email on the Payapl account is either incorrect or is out of date or no access. So please check your email on your PayPal account is correct. If someone else has paid your subscription the account will be under that email address, so unless you have access to that you will not be notified and you will need to gain access to that email to activate. If you don’t have access to that email please conact me and i will resolve it straight away for you.
If you cannot gain access please contact me straight away and i will fix any email or password issues as soon as possible. I may ask you for additional information to prove who you are.
